unknown calls, calls, and calls

calls constantly, no clue

I got the call 2 days in a row. The first time it was a female voice saying something like: "This is from your dad...". I hung up because my dad has passed away for a few years. Then they call me again. What is the best way to block this call? Where to report the scam?

Say they are calling to take out lawsuit out on me for not paying back a loan, but all my loans have been paid back & I have the bank documentation to prove it.

I received a call and message stating they were a financial company looking to collect money on a loan. They stated there was a lawsuit filed against me. I hung up on them. The heavy indian accent called me back and asked why I hung up on them. I told them because I could and I knew they were a fraud. I told them I will report them if they call me again. So I received a call from my girlfriend stating she received a call stating I owe this loan and a lawsuit is filed against me. Requested that I call them ASAP. I received a message stating he called me and that I hung up on him and that it was unacceptable. Requested I take care of this matter or there would be trouble. I have left a message for the secret service and reported it.

I told her to stop calling me two days ago. She told me she wanted to record what I just said I said NO! I hung up on her. She called back I said stop calling again. She called back a second time. I had a friend tell her off! He hung up on her three times...she kept calling back...we finally took the phone off the hook...we kept telling her we are calling the police...she did not believe us...finally quit calling and we notified the police...the officer told me to calll the phone comp and block private callers...will be calling them soon to block these calls for good...

Calls me on my cell multiple times. Never leaves message. Very annoying.
